Returns & Refunds

14-Day Return Window
Return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Hygiene Policy
For health and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, nail products, and hair items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
Sale Items
All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Get authorised
We'll reply within 1 business day with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
Ship it back
Pack the item securely and ship it using the instructions provided. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days.
