We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel or adjust your order and will notify you promptly. We accept payment by credit and debit card via our secure payment processor, as well as bank transfer for eligible orders. For bank transfer orders, payment must be received within 5 business days of placing your order; otherwise the order may be cancelled. Full payment is required before goods are dispatched.

We ship to Bermuda, Jamaica, the United States, and the Cayman Islands. Delivery times and shipping rates vary by destination and selected carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed; delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from 3GlowWhite pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, nail polishes, and hair products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@dh3glowwhite.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
